Muslims In Nursing Homes

MashaaAllah, tabarakAllaah... may Allaah reward all the brothers and sisters who have contributed much of their time and effort in establishing this group Allaahuma aameen.

As I've been reading through this group's works, achievments, mashaAllaah with Allaah's help it will definitely succeed. I had a question and thought maybe one of my dear brothers or sisters could take some time to answer it if it is known to them.

In the past Ii've worked at different hospitals and nursing homes as a CNA, and I recall in some of the nursing homes elder muslims that were kept there, either because their families could not take care of them alone, or else sadly some of their families abandon them, and Allaah Knows Best. At the time there was only so much I could do, except my routine visits during my break time, however, now that we have this mashaaAllaah new network of brothers and sisters Ii thought maybe we could think about also extending our care to some nursing homes with Muslim patients. I want to know if there is any possibilities of working in this area?
